white cheddar: Tastes a lot like white-cheddar cheez-its. In fact, tastes exactly like white-cheddar cheez-its. Slightly powder-coated with white cheddar flavoring, also like cheez-its. So average that it hurts and I literally have nothing to say about it.

cheddar: I can't taste much macaroni and cheese in this, but it doesn't taste bad really. The cheddar flavor is potentially even more mild than Mild Cheddar, causing my tongue and my brain to clash in a flavor-war.

mild cheddar: I tried this flavor first and thought they tasted exactly like cheez-its and had damned them to a brad-less life, but after eating all three flavors of these noodle-shaped crackers (I'd rather have cracker-shaped noodles), I think this might be the ones with the most flavor. The taste actually resembles Kraft macaroni, too.
